As Team Alex assigns your vehicle to the truck scheduled to transport it for you, we charge your credit card for the quoted transport amount. Occasionally, your credit card transaction fails to process successfully.
Most often, this is done by your credit card company as a fraud protection mechanism. Since the charge for transporting a vehicle is usually a large, sudden transaction, we totally understand why it can be flagged.
To fix the issue, simply call your credit card company to confirm this is a viable transaction, so we may finish assigning your transport. Carriers will not wait long before moving on to another vehicle, so time is of the essence–please call ASAP.
Let us know when you’ve made the call to release the funds, so we may complete the transaction and resume dispatching your vehicle. Once finished assigning, you will be emailed a dispatch notice with details regarding your transport.
