Why Team Alex Does Not Offer Rebates
At Team Alex, we are often asked if we provide “incentives” or “rebates” for referring customers to us. We absolutely do not and here is why–years ago, another agent at ShipYourCarNow,LLC did just that and the dealership’s corporate office caught wind of it. Long story short, our company lost the entire auto group’s business because (unbeknownst to the other agent), that auto group had a policy against such practices.
Team Alex believes the practice of providing any sort of “referral fees” should be strictly prohibited. We believe in shipping vehicles with honesty and integrity at the most reasonable prices possible and we do so with outstanding customer service. That should be reward enough.
Your “reward,” if you will, for choosing Team Alex is knowing your customers will be well cared for and that we do everything in our power to make transporting a vehicle as smooth as possible for everyone involved. We do like to show our customers our appreciation once in a while by sending our now-famous “goody boxes,” but providing a monetary reward is strictly against Team Alex’s principles and policies.
